Judy was born on May 27, 1939 in Jackson, Michigan to Michael and Mary Catherine Victor. Judy had a long love of the Appaloosa horses.  She purchased her first horse Judy’s Cherokee, a beautiful Black and white appaloosa horse.  She would continue her love for the horses which would then be passed on to her 2 daughters Jackie and Julie and her granddaughter Sophia. This would result in multiple State and National, World Champions

She was a member for the Michigan Appaloosa Horse Association from 1969 to 2008

She was a Board of Director for the Eastern Michigan Appaloosa Horse Association where she volunteered her time running the entry booth for all of the horse shows, and helping with the Youth Fundraisers

She earned top honors as a Head Groomer and Show mom for Julie, Jackie, Chris, Sophia, and even Raymond.

In Ortonville she helped build Raymond’s auto body repair business J & F’s Collision and their farm Desert Spring Farms.

Her love for hot weather is what brought her to beautiful Chipley,Florida where she and Ray would become instrumental members of the St. Joseph the Worker Church.  Here is where she pursued her passion working with the church doing hours of helping with Bingo, and enjoyed her love of singing with her church choir family.  Which would form a never-ending friendship bond with Karen Mashburn and Terri Kroening.

She was the type of person that was always very cleaver, wonderful sense of humor, and extremely creative.

Her love for her children was unmatched by any other.  She was the best mother anyone could ever ask for.  There was never a time when you could not count on her.
