Surviving is her life partner, Scotty Pegg of Dothan, AL, sisters, Sherry Forbes of Johnson City, TN, Teresa Forbes of Johnson City, TN and Jackie Barnes of Johnson City, TN.
Memorialization by cremation with Sims Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
