Lonnie Scott DePriest, age 54 of Bonifay, Florida passed away on Friday, January 9, 2026, at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City, Florida.
Born Saturday, September 4, 1971 in Ft. Pierce, Florida, he was the son of the late Cleo DePriest and the late Mayme Goff DePriest.
Surviving are sons, Brandon DePriest of Bonifay, FL, Nathan DePriest of Defuniak Springs, FL, Jeremy Robinson of Valdosta, GA, Brandon Robinson, Vince Andrews of Birmingham, AL and Marty Guy of Allisonville, GA, daughters, Ashley Burton of Bonifay, FL, Hailey Williams of Mobile, AL, Danielle Ebersole of Blakley, GA and Courtney McClellan of Albany, GA, brothers, Jerry DePriest, Randy Mathis, Matt Mathis and Ricky McPherson, sisters, Debbie Mathis, Glenda Brooks and Debbie Mathis and numerous grandchildren.
Along with his parents, Scott is preceded in death by brothers, Donald DePriest and Michael DePriest.
Memorialiation by cremation with Sims Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
