The Lynn Haven Police Department has made an arrest in connection with an investigation involving a local softball coach, Shanna El Hannaoui, who has been charged with Lewd and/or Lascivious Battery on a minor aged between 12 and 16.
The inquiry was initiated following a report from a concerned parent regarding an alleged inappropriate relationship between Ms. El Hannaoui and a former player.
As a result of the investigation, authorities discovered that multiple incidents occurred in June 2025 involving inappropriate conduct with a minor within Lynn Haven.
Warrants were duly obtained, and Ms. El Hannaoui was apprehended by the Bay County Sheriff’s Office.
