Mark Douglas Stricklen, age 58, of Caryville, Florida passed away November 8, 2025, at Doctors Memorial Hospital in Bonifay, Florida. He was born on March 18, 1967, in Chipley, Florida to the late Geroge Washington ‘Buddy’ Stricklen and Joan Blondell Burns Stricklen.
In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by one daughter, Tracey Nicole Stricklen and two brothers, Donald Stricklen and Mike Stricklen.
Mark is survived by one daughter, Denise Stricklen of Caryville, FL; two brothers, Tommy Stricklen of Caryville, FL and Greg Stricklen of ND; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, November 14, 2025, in the Peel Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Caryville City Cemetery with Peel Funeral Home and Bonifay Crematory in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 PM Thursday, at Peel Funeral Home.
