Martha Joan Cook, age 77 of Ponce De Leon, Florida passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at her home in Ponce De Leon.
Born Thursday, December 18, 1947 in Ponce De Leon, Florida, she was the daughter of the late Grover McMillan and the late Lula Graves McMillan.
Surviving are sons, Phillip Cook of Ponce De Leon, FL and Nickolas Cook, sister, Betty Dozier of Ponce De Leon, FL, daughter in law, Joyce Clark of Ponce De Leon, FL, grandchildren, Nickolas Cook of Ponce De Leon, FL, Sabrina Cook of Ponce De Leon, FL, Veronica Clark of Fort Worth, TX and great granddaughter, Willow.
Memorialization by cremation with Sims Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
