Born Thursday, February 23, 1956 in Belleville, Illinois, he was the son of the late Charlie Maggard and Dorothy Spivey Maggard.
Surviving is his wife, Monique Syfrett Maggard of Caryville, FL, sons, Jacob Cody Maggard of Rockville, VA and Jason Ryan Maggard of Cleveland, OH, daughters, Ranie Grimmer of Chipley, FL and Makenzie Maggard of Caryville, FL, mother, Dorothy Spivey Maggard, brothers, Chuck Maggard of Bonifay, FL, Scott Maggard of Bonifay, FL and Robin Anderson of Bonifay, FL, sister, Van Carnley of Bonifay, FL; 4 grand children; 3 great grand children.
