On Friday, January 31, 2025, administration and staff of Northwest Florida Community Hospital celebrated the incredible career of Eileen Swindle and honored her 17 years of excellent service to our team and organization, as seen in the contributed photos (below).
Eileen came to NFCH in September 2007. She has served in various roles during her tenure here including OR Director, Nursing Compliance Officer, and Associate Health/Infection Control Nurse.
Eileen has led our organization through the COVID years, she has led Performance Improvements in collaboration with our physicians, she has led the annual Flu Vaccine kick-off and assisted with Joint Commission and state surveys. Eileen has been a valuable part of our NFCH team!
