All weddings taking place at an Okaloosa County beach / park should be scheduled and permitted with Okaloosa county parks dept. Scheduling is subject to availability and permits are given on a first-in-line basis.

πŸ”˜SPECIAL EVENT PERMITS

Events other than weddings (over 50 people) taking place at an Okaloosa County beach / park should be scheduled and/or permitted with Okaloosa County parks dept.

πŸ”˜PUBLIC EVENT PERMITS

Events taking place on county properties / roadways such as parades, organized runs / walks shall be scheduled and permitted with the Okaloosa County parks dept.

πŸ”˜QUALIFED BEACH VENDOR CERTIFICATES

Any person, firm, corporation, joint venture, partnership or other legal entity wishing to conduct commercial activity at an Okaloosa County beach / park shall obtain a qualified beach vendor certificate issued by the Okaloosa County parks department. This includes but is not limited to beach service providers, wedding planners, photographers, videographers, officiants, picnics and sand castle classes.
