Panama City Beach, Florida Man Attacked by Dog, Investigated by Bay County Sheriff’s Office

The Bay County, Florida Sheriff’s Office released today the name of the victim of yesterday’s dog attack on Panama City Beach.

The victim was 49-year-old Michael Arthur Fabjon, Jr., a resident of Panama City Beach. Fabjon is listed in critical condition at a local hospital.

The owner of the dog was arrested yesterday for resisting deputies and Animal Control officers as the dog was turned over to Animal Control.

No additional charges are expected for the owner of the dog.
