Panama City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a wanted individual, Rashaun O’Neal Mitchell, who fled from officers near East 7th Street and North MacArthur Avenue. Mitchell escaped while in custody and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, red shorts with a multi-color design, and black tennis shoes. He was handcuffed at the time he fled.
Mitchell is currently facing multiple charges, including trafficking various narcotics, possession with intent to distribute, tampering with evidence, fleeing and eluding, resisting arrest, and escape.
