Part 2- Over 150 Kindergarten students from Kate Smith Elementary School in Chipley, Florida made their annual pilgrimage to Florida Panhandle Technical College on Friday, October 31, 2025.
Although only a short walk from one campus to the other, the students were transported and treated to a Halloween wonderland to enjoy ‘Trick or Treat’ with FPTC Instructors, Students and Administrators, as seen in Part 2 of these photos by Goulding.
