The staff and management of ‘Off The Railz Diner’ in Downtown Chipley, Florida were joined by customers, members of the public, Washington County Board of Commissioners, Washington County School Board members, local businesses and members of local chambers of commerce at 10AM on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 for a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting ceremony, as seen in Part 2 of these images by Goulding.
Owners Emily and Javier Valdovinos welcomed the crowd and expressed appreciation for the community support for their multiple local restaurants, including flagship Javier’s Mexican Grill, Senor Sushi, The Red Heifer Steakhouse and Off The Railz Diner.
Off The Railz Diner is now open from Sunday through Friday, 10:30AM to 3PM, at 686 5th Street in Downtown Chipley.
