Sheila Marie Cripes, 69 of Chipley, Florida passed from this life on February 15, 2026 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.
Sheila was born on December 6, 1956, in Renton to George and Irene Hall. In 1997, she made her home in Washington County after moving from Renton. Sheila had a deep love for nature and found joy in collecting driftwood and creating arts and crafts. She especially loved wolves, Pepsi, and cherished her time kayaking, embracing the peace and beauty of the outdoors. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death her parents: George and Irene Hall; brother: David Hall
She is survived by her children: Samuel Cripes (Lisa) of Newton, AL, Kayleen Strukel of Chipley, FL, Ruby Cripes(Justin Sapia) of Bonifay, FL, Riva Cripes of Bonifay, FL, Owen Cripes of Chipley, FL, Margie Cripes of Chipley, FL; brother: George Hall; sisters: Beverly Youngstrom, Barb Schoener (Allen); 20 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
Memorialization will be by cremation with Obert Funeral Home and Whispering Pines Crematory of Chipley, Florida in charge of arrangements.
