Tomisha Renell Smith, 49 of Panama City, Florida passed away from this life on January 20, 2026.
Tomisha was born on September 16, 1976, in Washington County, Florida, to Johnny Finch and Patricia Campbell. Tomisha attended Emerald Coast Fellowship and Calvary Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed fishing, camping and she also found joy in old cars like “Old Chevelles and Chevrolet Novas”. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Johnny and Patricia Finch.
She is survived by her stepmother: Barbara Finch of Graceville, Fl; sons: James Patrick Smith of Panama City, Fl, John Hunter Smith of Panama City, Fl, and Jacob Berry Rains of Tennessee; daughters: Jasmine Renell Richardson (Carter) of Panama City, Fl, Isabella Maxine Richardson (Dylan) of Panama City, Fl; brother: Christopher Patrick Finch of Graceville, Fl; sister: Melissa Finch of Graceville, Fl, and grandson Johnny Gene Ingarm.
Memorization will be by cremation with Obert Funeral Home and Whispering Pines Crematory of Chipley, Florida in charge of arrangements.
