A cold front is progressing through the region this morning. A few brief gusts nearing 30 to 40 mph have been observed immediately along the front as it moves southeast.
These gusts will remain possible along the front as it moves east with these gusts becoming less likely as the front moves into the southeast Florida Big Bend.
For the rest of the week, temperatures cool off slightly and well below-normal rain chances move in for the next 7 to 10 days.
