Walton County Sheriff’s Office and US Marshals Task Force Arrest Andrew Bernard on Felony Warrants Soliciting Child

The U.S. Marshals Task Force, including members of the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, arrest a 26-year-old wanted on felony warrants out of Okaloosa County.

Marshals were made aware that Andrew Bernard’s vehicle was located in Walton County on Highway 98.

In coordination with Walton County Sheriff’s Office patrol deputies in District 4 and Beach Patrol units, Bernard was located driving south on County Highway 83. A traffic stop was conducted on 30a, and Bernard was taken into custody.

Bernard was wanted out of Okaloosa County for using a computer to solicit a child and using a two-way communication device to commit a felony.

He was taken to the Walton County Jail where he awaits extradition back to Okaloosa County.
