Around this time each year, Washington County, Florida School District gears up for the annual ‘Teacher of the Year’, ‘Rookie Teacher of the Year’ and ‘Support Person of the Year’ awards, inclusive of all schools in the district, and this year, for the inaugural ‘Principle of the Year’.
To that end, the Television Production and Digital Video Technology Programs at Florida Panhandle Technical College, under the direction of Instructor Paul Goulding, start the process of interviewing students, supervisors, coworkers and others within the school system to say a few kind words about each nominee.
In addition, all nominees visit Studio B, the production facility of Florida Panhandle Technical College, for headshots, as seen in these ‘behind the scenes’ photos taken during the headshot sessions for the 2023-2024 TOY Celebration.
