On November 13, 2025, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to a request for assistance from the Florida Department of Corrections Probation and Parole Division regarding a probation search at a residence on Sleepy Hollow Lane in Chipley, Fl.
Upon arrival, a WCSO deputy accompanied FDOC probation officers to the residence. The probation officer reported observing marijuana and drug paraphernalia in plain view. Based on these observations, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office obtained a search warrant for the property.
During the execution of the warrant, deputies made contact with Christopher Michael Dozier and Dillion Robert Martinez. A thorough search of the residence resulted in the discovery of firearms, ammunition, illegal narcotics, and additional drug paraphernalia.
As a result of the investigation, Christopher Michael Dozier was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition by a Convicted Felon
Dillion Robert Martinez was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Dozier and Martinez were both transported to the Washington County Jail.
