Washington County, Florida Sheriff’s Office Arrests Tracy Creel and Jeana M. Campbell for Methamphetamine, Etc.

On January 26, 2026, a deputy with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office observed a vehicle committing several traffic violations on Highway 77 near Greenhead. The deputy pulled behind the vehicle and activated emergency lights to conduct a traffic stop.

The deputy made contact with the occupants of the vehicle and immediately detected the odor of marijuana emitting from inside. The driver initially identified herself as Tracy Creel, and the passenger as Jeana M. Campbell, a 47-year-old female from Chipley, Florida. The passenger’s identity was verified through a Kentucky driver’s license.

Further investigation revealed that the driver had provided a false name. The driver’s true identity was determined to be Shalene B. Brady, a 33-year-old female from Chipley, Florida, who had active outstanding warrants out of Bay County.

A consent search of both the driver and passenger was conducted, along with a probable cause search of the vehicle. During the search, deputies located drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.

Shalene B. Brady was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting an Officer Without Violence by Disguised Identity

Jeana M. Campbell was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine

Both Shalene Brady and Jeana Campbell were transported to the Washington County Jail.
