Gene was born on January 21, 1961, in Panama City, Florida, to William Eugene Lowe Sr. and Jodie White Lowe. He was a lifelong resident of the Florida Panhandle and worked as a carpenter.
In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and working with his hands. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Eugene Lowe Sr. and Jodie White Lowe.
Gene is survived by his son, William “Will” Washington Lowe (Jessica) of North Carolina, and his grandson, Jacob William Lowe. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Debbie Medeiros, Gene’s girlfriend, for her help and support during this difficult time.
Memorialization will be by cremation with Obert Funeral Home and Whispering Pines Crematory in Chipley, Florida, in charge of arrangements.
