Another easy to make recipe.

 

Ingredients:

 

1 pound Mushrooms (cleaned and stemmed)

2 tablespoons Finely Chopped Onion

1/4 cup Butter

1/4 cup Italian Style dry Bread Crumbs

1/3 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

 

Finely chop mushroom stems.

 

Saute with onions in butter about 5 minutes or until onion is tender.

 

Cool slightly.

 

Stir in bread crumbs and cheese.

 

Fill cups.

 

Place filled side up in skillet with margarine or butter and brown slightly/

 

Bake in 250-degree oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and mushrooms are heated through.
