Adult and dual-enrolled high school Digital Video Technology students experienced basic beginner photography on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, accompanied by Instructor Paul Goulding, as Florida Panhandle Technical College in Chipley, Florida kicked off the first day of the 2026-2027 school year, as seen in these first-time student photos.
