Gregory Tracey Sloan, 58 of Graceville, Florida passed from this life on August 15, 2026 at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare.
Greg was born on June 12, 1968, in Dothan, Alabama, to Frank Edward Sloan and Glenda Sue Sloan. He graduated from Graceville High School and worked for Comcast for many years until his health forced him to retire.
Greg enjoyed painting and listening to audiobooks. He had a special love for animals and even had a pet snake. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his father: Frank Sloan; sister: Lori Monfort; brother: Anthony “Kevin” Sloan.
He is survived by his mother: Glenda Sue Sloan; son: Phillip Sloan; daughter: Ashley Sloan; several nieces and nephews.
A private graveside service for the immediate family will be held at a later date, with Obert Funeral Home and Whispering Pines Crematory of Chipley, Florida in charge of arrangements.
