Innovations Financial Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Christina Maguadog to Branch Manager of its Harrison Avenue location in downtown Panama City. Christina has been a valued member of the Innovations team for 14 years, bringing extensive experience in member service, branch operations and team leadership to her new role.
During her career with Innovations, Christina has served as a Financial Services Representative at the credit union’s Lynn Haven, Callaway and Harrison Avenue branches, giving her the opportunity to work with members and team members across several locations. She also led the team at Innovations’ 23rd Street East office during the credit union’s transition following the acquisition of First National Bank Northwest Florida, helping support the team through an important period of change and integration.
“Christina has built a strong foundation during her 14 years with Innovations, and she understands both our members and our branch operations extremely well,” said David Powell, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. “She has demonstrated her ability to step up when needed, support her team and provide the level of service our members expect from Innovations. Her experience across several of our branches, along with the leadership she demonstrated during our First National Bank transition, has prepared her well for this opportunity.”
As Branch Manager, Christina will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Harrison Avenue location, lead and develop the branch team and continue building strong relationships with members and the community.
